ESTABLISHING POLICY
The Board of Directors shall make all policy decisions of the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce.
PROCEDURE:
- Staff drafts policy
- Executive Board reviews draft and offer input; makes recommendation for
- Approval by the Board of Directors
- Policy recommendation is included on the agenda of the Board of Directors
- Meeting for consideration and approval.
