—— Package hunts out of Rocksprings: Two full days of guided hunting for one buck and one doe. Hunting takes place from comfortable, weatherproof blinds that overlook electronic feeders. My feeding program begins each year in August. You will be transported to and from your blind each morning and evening of your hunt. I can handle your hotel reservations in Rocksprings. Many repeat clients; references available. I limit the number of hunters each season to ensure everyone a good chance at success.

STOWERS RANCH
This 11,251 ac. ranch is located 16 miles west of Hunt on FM 1340, across from the Kerr Wildlife Management Area. It is a high fenced working cattle ranch that has been engaged in commercial hunting for approximately 50 years. By carefully balancing the number of cattle and populations of wild game with available forage we have developed healthy herds of of whitetail, sika, axis, and fallow deer, aoudad, blackbuck antelope and wild turkeys. Antler development is completely natural because we do not supplement the deer with protein feed. The ranch has expanses of open terrain and two miles of running water.
All of the hunting is guided and conducted from blinds. The ranch has 50 comfortable blinds and 50 automatic feeders. The hunting camp has four log cabins with six bedrooms that have 16 beds, a kitchen/dining room and a very attractive recreation room with fireplace and flat screen TV that is available for all of the hunters. The room rate is either $100 or $150 per night, depending on which room is selected. We normally book no more that 10 hunter at a time. PACKAGE HUNTS ----Three days of guided hunting for one whitetail or exotic buck, whitetail doe and one wild hog. A bed in one of the cabins at our hunting camp and three ranch fare meals are included. The cost is $3,000.
DAY HUNTS ----One day of guided hunting for one whitetail or exotic buck, one whitetail doe and one wild hog. The cost of a guide is $200 per day and the cost of the game is $2,400.
MANAGEMENT BUCKS ----One day of guided hunting for a whitetail management buck, which we define as one having less than 8 points. The cost of a guide is $200 per day and the cost of the game is $1,200.
TURKEYS ----Turkey hunting is available during both the Fall and Spring hunting seasons. The cost of a guide is $200 per day and the cost of the game is $350 per turkey gobbler.
EXOTICS ----Exotics may be hunted throughout the year, with the best time determined by antler development and condition of the coat. The cost of a guide is $200 per day and the cost of the game is $2,400 during the Fall hunting season and $1,200 during the rest of the year.
WHITETAIL SPIKE BUCKS and DOES ----One day guided hunting for whitetail spike bucks and does. The cost of a guide is $200 and the cost of each spike and doe shot is $100 per animal.
All game laws are strictly adhered to. Hunters must have valid hunting licenses and have read and signed a liability release. Guide fees may be shared by two hunters. A $500 deposit is required to hold a reservation for all hunters with the exception of spike buck and doe hunters who must make a $200 deposit. Any wounded animal must be paid for, whether or not the animal can be found. Texas Hunt Lodge offers a package service which provides Exquisite Texas themed accomodations at our Hunt Lodge located on Lake Ingram/Guadalupe River as well as the finest Exotic Hunts found in Texas.
Our packages leave nothing to be desired...in addition to the accommodations provided at Texas Hunt Lodge, we provide all meals from Exotic Game Entrees to Mexican Food, transportation while on your hunting trip with us, cleaning and care of your wild game, opportunities for clients to swim, fish, or just relax by the Guadalupe River, and much, much more. When not on the ranches hunting, clients will enjoy our fully-stocked bar, 50 inch Plasma TV, Texas-sized meals, and comfortable sleeping accomodations, all within walking distance from the Guadalupe River.
The Hunting product that we offer to our clients is Unparalleled, even for Africa Safari standards. We have over 40 species of wild game which we offer to hunters. From World Record scoring Yak, to Trophy Axis Deer, Trophy Fallow Deer, Ibex, Eland, and Aoudad Sheep, we have the Wild Game Hunt that you want.
All hunts with Texas Hunt Lodge are fully guided and we hunt these game animals by way of spot and stalk, safari style or still hunting...most of the time, it's your choice! The hunts are fair-chase on our network of large ranches in the Texas Hill Country. All Methods of Hunting are available: Rifle, Bow, Handgun or Black powder is welcomed.
Our Hunts are GUARANTEED...if we don't put you on the game animal that you've booked, then we will refund you the trophy fee (minus guide or day-hunt fee) from your Hunt Package price.
The majority of our hunting packages are 1-2 nights at the Texas Hunt Lodge, and 1-2 trips out in the field to search for and harvest your game animal...custom hunt packages for multiple wild game animals are available upon request and discounts will apply. The Hunt Packages all Include:
