Riverside Nature Center will host a Brown Bag Lunch and Learn program “Hill Country Archeology: Why it is Important to You” on March 9^th at 11:30.  The program will be presented by Kay Woodward and Bryant Saner.  Kay Woodward is a charter member of the Hill Country Archeological Association a long time member in the Texas Archeological Stewardship Network of the Texas Historical Commission for Kerr County.  Bryant Saner is with the Center for Archeological Research as a field and lab archeologists at UT-San Antonio.  Woodward and Saner will their knowledge the historic and pre-historic sites and the plant and animal life that sustained many generations before us.  Don’t forget to bring your lunch.  Come and learn while you eat.
