NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES

Hundreds of social, business, and networking contacts take place at each Business After-Hours Mixers, Membership Luncheons, and Annual Chamber Events. There are also additional opportunities to network through service on numerous committees/task forces and become involved with the community.

REFERRALS

Known as “the information source for Kerrville and the Relocation Point for Kerrville” we have many visitors and community members who come through our Chamber doors.

Only Chamber members are listed in the annual directory “Our View” the Official Guide to Kerrville which is distributed to the public, visitors of Kerrville, and in our relocation packages. Members only have the opportunity to display their brochures and business cards for the public at the Chamber office.

We refer only our members to callers, walk-ins, contacts via mail and email.

MEMBERS ONLY can advertise in “Our View” the Official Guide to Kerrville, on the Chamber’s website at www.kerrvilletx.com, in our BusinessLink Magazine published monthly and distributed through the Kerrville Daily Times, & the Official Kerrville City Map.

MEMBERS ONLY can advertise their business or an event through an e-mail blast using our contact email database of over 2500 contacts.

MEMBERS ONLY can request to purchase mailing labels using our membership database of over 900 members. Our membership labels are one of the best avenues for new business contacts you will find!

MEMBERS ONLY have sponsorship opportunities through a variety of special events that the Chamber puts on throughout the year.

MEMBERS ONLY can offer a Member2Member discount to Chamber Members or a Hot Deal discount to the public (at no cost!) through our Chamber website.

 ONLINE VISIBILITY & RESOURCES

Your Business Information is available through the chambers website at no cost- visitors can search by category, keyword, or alphabetically.

Your own page on our Chamber’s website can include your business description, hours of operation, location information, a link to your website, and up to 8 keywords (these help identify your business when a website visitor does a keyword search on the Business Directory.) With your membership login to our website you can (For FREE) add Job Postings, place your events on our events calendar, add Member-2-Member Discounts & Hot Deals.

RIBBON CUTTINGS AND GROUNDBREAKINGS

The Chamber will provide at no cost to you a ribbon cutting or groundbreaking (to celebrate the opening of a new business, new owner of a business, relocation of a business, or a major expansion of a business.) Chamber Ambassadors and the public are invited to attend. Photos will appear in our monthly BusinessLink magazine published through the Kerrville Daily Times.

COMMUNITY & BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE

Clinics, seminars and workshops are scheduled that are business focused to allow Chamber members the opportunity for training and knowledge in specific areas.Community knowledge through Leadership Kerr County- For over 27 years, Leadership Kerr County has an extensive 9-month program that immerses students in their community by teaching about topics that all leaders should know. It is also a unique opportunity for Chamber members to develop long lasting relationships and become involved in the community.
Unlimited one-on-one counseling services are available at no cost through our resources with the Small Business Development Center.
Many exciting Volunteer opportunties are available through our Chamber committees to become involved with our Program of Work.
You will stay in touch with the community and up-to-date with local events, programs, activities and chamber events through our publications, and written and electronic correspondence.
